Health Card

Client aged 68 with health issues and in receipt of the Commenwealth Seniors Health Card. She had sufficient wealth outside of super to cause her problems in retaining the card. Restructured her affairs by getting her to meet a work test and make lump sum super contributions so she wouldn’t lose the card. This ensures her existing superannuation pension remains grandfathered into the future so she can retain the card.
